1) First of all, Download

 PhonePe App

2) Install and open the phone app

3) Slide screen and sign up for an account.

4) Verify your mobile number through OTP

5) and complete minor process

6) Now select your bank, then they will get your details.

7) Now start your first electricity payment of 300 or more

8) Please enter your details.

9) Make a payment to the bank account shown below, (make sure you have created a UPI on your bank). Enter a 4 digit bank PIN or use a debit / credit card.

10) You will get 50 cashback in your phonepe wallet.
