1.  What is the duration of the offer?

    14 February 2019 (00:00) to 18 February 2019 (23:59 hrs)

2.  What is valid phonepe payment?

Within the "PhonePe" option, the payment is enabled through UPI, debit card, credit card or wallet, and appears on the counter.
For users who pay through BHIM UPI, cashback is valid on the start and completed transactions on PhonePay using a PhonePe linked bank account.
This proposal is not available due to Tamil Nadu State (Tamil Nadu Award Scheme (Prohibition Act 1979) and in other states where prohibited by law is not available.

3.  How can I verify the eligibility of a purchase?

This offer will apply to the gift card purchase order given on the Komparify platform.

4.  How often do I get scratch cards?

Scratch cards can be availed once through the PhonePe (per user per device) scratch card during the offer period.


5. How do I get a scratch card?

On the Komparify platform, select the gift card and add to the cart
On the Payment page, select "PhonePe" as a payment
You will be redirected to the "Pay by PhonePay" screen; Follow the instructions to specify (send OTP, enter OTP and click login).
Choose from the preferred payment option (UPI, debit card or credit card, wallet) of options.
Click "Payments" to complete the transaction.
Note: If you have a Wallet Balance, then it will be used for payment automatically, please check that the Wallet amount has not been checked.
